DAMAC Islands Phase 1 holds the Guinness World Record for the highest revenue from a property launch in 24 hours: USD 2.78 billion. Islands 2 launched in November 2025 and sold over USD 3 billion in five hours. What is available now

Islands 2: 4-bedroom villas from AED 3,329,000 (to 2,186 sq ft) and 5-bedroom villas to 3,159 sq ft. In the original phase, only 5-bedroom villas remain — AED 3.93M to 5.17M, up to 3,477 sq ft, handover Q2 2029.

Interiors that hold value

Calacatta Gold porcelain slab flooring, walnut veneer, brushed brass, Arabescato Orobico and Fior de Bosco marble — specification usually reserved for far higher price bands.

Antigua was the last release

Antigua closed out the Islands 2 cluster list in February 2026. When developer stock clears, the only route in is resale — which is exactly how Phase 1 now trades.
